RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• All 24 numbered boxes must remain unopened
• All building pieces, instructions, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Opened, assembled, incomplete, or used Advent calendars cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it must follow our standard return process.
